On inline skates across the Föhrenheide moorland
The tour starts at the beginning of the Föhrenheide moorland. The broad asphalt road leads you through the pastures between Farchant and Oberau. Right at the beginning you go a little downhill, to make your feet tingle and enjoy the speed. At around half the distance you cross the Röhrlbach stream, where a small bridge invites you to take a break. In summer, you can cool your feet in the clear mountain water and enjoy the sun. There is a lot to discover for children, too. Of course you also find benches to sit down along the road.
For a more detailed description of the tour, please refer to "PDF Print" above.
The route starts at the Sportzentrum (sports and leisure centre), along the asphalt road to Oberau. At the end of the Föhrenheide, have a quick look at the large information board for orientation. Then turn right at the junction, pass the golf course and go on along the road for a bit.
To go back, take the way you came until you arrive at the Sportzentrum Föhrenheide.
