Kaiserschmarrn-Alm
The Toni Bartl's Kaiserschmarrn-Alm lies above the Partnachklamm (Graseck 6), with views of the Dreitorspitze and Schachen Castle. It can be reached on foot in approx. 1 hour from the Partenkirchen ski stadium or comfortably from the top station of the Graseck cable car in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
Let us spoil you in a rustic and cordial atmosphere with Bavarian delicacies, a good Augustiner beer and special wines. Gladly also on our sun terrace.
For many, the Partnachklamm is an impressive summer excursion destination. Only a few know that it can also be visited in the evenings in winter. As a guided torchlight hike offered by the Kaiserschmarrn-Alm in Graseck is a wild and romantic experience. After work or on weekends, the torches are lit at the Graseckbahn valley station and then the tour continues through the gorge together with a tour guide.
When the light of the torches breaks through the ice, the narrow gorge is magic. Once you have arrived at the alp above the gorge, a warming fire awaits the hikers as well as a 3-course menu or alternatively a mountain pasture fondue. The building itself, with its rustic parlours and tiled stove, is a magnificent piece of its kind.
The artist and producer Toni Bartl has rebuilt the Kaiserschmarrn-Alm with lots of old wood and quarry stones according to historical models. The deer and chamois specialities from Jäger Wilfried, the homemade rye root bread from the stone oven and, of course, the homemade caramelised Kaiserschmarrn with apple compote all taste excellent, plum roaster or cranberries and a seductive fragrance. Around 10 pm the Graseckbahn takes the participants back to the valley.
In addition to the torchlight hikes, the Alm is also ideal for a culinary day trip or an event of any kind.
With friendliness and teamwork we surprise our guests!
