General Information The left part of the semi-detached house is located in a very quiet area in the district of Garmisch. It has a wonderful garden with a beautiful view to the mountains, which are surrounding Garmisch - Partenkirchen. The distance to the city centre is approx. 10 min. by foot. The spacious living room in the ground floor has large panorama windows and an exit to the southwest located terrace. From there you can enter the beautiful garden, which is mostly surrounded by a hedge. At one corner of the terrace is an open chimney, which invites to atmospheric hours. The living room is equipped with a cosy seat group and is connected to the dining area. Behind this is the fully equipped kitchen. Right side after the entrance door is the guest toilet. A large sleeping room is in the first floor and equipped with a double bed, five door wardrobe made of cherry wood, a panoramic window and an exit to the southwest balcony. The bathroom en suite has a bathtub, shower, toilet and a large washbasin. Besides this is a single bedroom, equipped with country stile furniture and has also an exit to the southwest balcony. A smaller double bedroom opposite of the stairs is equipped with typical Bavarian farmers style furniture and has a exit to the east balcony. The second bathroom on this level can be reached from the corridor and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Another large and cosy sleeping room is located in the basement. It has a double bed, a second TV and also a bathroom en suite with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The washroom is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a microwave. The house has in total 7 sleeping places for adults. The price are valid for the occupancy up to 5 persons. For every additional person a surcharge of € 15,00 / day will be invoiced. Children up to 3 years are free of charge. Prices for short time stays on request. At a minimum occupancy of 7 nights, the final cleaning is included.
Please note that our appointment dates are from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year's eve 14 days. Deviating dates on request.

On request we provide you with a baby travel bed and a children high chair free of charge. Cleaning supplies for the arrival day are available in the house.
We want to point out, that "Haus Hilde" is a non smoking house, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace.
Contact & Directions
The keys and the registration at the tourist office as well as the visitor's cards will be provided directly from the landlord or his authorized representative. At the arrival day the house will be available for you from 16.00 h on. At the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the house latest at 10.00 h.
