Ein herzliches Grüß Gott! Das Gästehaus für Ihren Urlaub liegt zentral im Ortsteil Garmisch. Die neu renovierten Zimmer verfügen über Bad/Dusche/WC sowie Balkon. Wohlfühlen im Sommer auf unserer Terrasse mit Garten oder in unserem gemütlich Frühstücksraum, bieten wir ein persönliches, individuelles und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos und befinden sich direkt am Haus. Der Internetzugang via W-LAN ist möglich und für alle Stockwerke ausgebaut. Für größere Reisegruppen beraten wir Sie gerne. Unser Gästehaus ist Ausgangspunkt für alle sportlichen Aktivitäten und Wanderungen. Sie werden sich bei uns wohlfühlen, rufen Sie doch einfach mal an oder schreiben uns eine e-Mail. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! Familie Bader *Werden Sie über die Touristeninformation Garmisch (online) vermittelt, erlauben wir uns die 10% Vermittlungsgebühr an den Gast weiterzugeben.

    We would be pleased to make an individual offer for larger travel groups or ask for our conditions for apartments, we will be happy to advise you. Unfortunately we can not in the main season (July to about mid October) no double rooms as single rooms.

Arrival

From Munich (A95): After the freeway exit follow the B2 through "Oberau". Drive into the tunnel and follow the "B23" to "Garmisch" and "Reutte". Then turn right with direction "Fernpaß/Reutte" - stay on the road till the center of Garmisch ("Marienplatz"). In front of the parking-place turn left into the "Alpspitzstraße" (description board "Hausbergbahn") take the second street right "Höllentalstraße" and the first right "Hausbergstraße 1". From Austria (across Innsbruck, Scharnitz): Follow the B2 to Garmisch-Partenkirchen ("Mittenwalder Straße"). Turn left at "Rathausplatz" - the next street is called "Bahnhofstraße". Don\´t leave this road until the tunnel appears ("St.-Martin-Straße"). At the sixth street ("Alpspitzstraße") turn right. The next street will be "Höllentalstraße" - turn right "Hausbergstraße 1". From Austria (across Reutte, Ehrwald, Fernpaß): Follow the B23 and pass "Grainau" till you reach "Garmisch". Stay on the "Zugspitzstraße" till you see on the right hand the "Park station" - turn right. The first street on the left side is "Kreuzstraße", first right is "hausbergstraße 1".
