Reservation of accommodations

Rooms for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championship 2011 can be booked via the Market Garmisch-Partenkirchen/Garmisch-Partenkirchen Tourismus until 1 December 2010. After this date, we cannot guarantee that any booking is still possible.

In order to reserve accommodations, we will need the following information:

The Market Garmisch-Partenkirchen will issue a written reservation confirmation. If you reserve accommodations, a guest reception contract between you and the letter is settled, which is binding for both parties. Upon reserving accommodations, you agree to fulfil the requirements of the Guest Reception Contract of the German Hotel and Restaurant Federation (Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband (DEHOGA)).

The Market Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a deposit amount of 10% of the total booking sum. The remaining sum as well as any individual services, if applicable, are payable with your letter. We would like to hereby request that you kindly cancel any rooms that are not required. The lessor has to pay cancellation fees if he or she does not show up or cancels the rooms too late.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen Tourismus only acts as intermediary and does not assume any liabilities arising from this service.
