The scent was created by Jimmy Boyd. Creating perfumes is the Spaniard's passion. He learnt all about perfumes in Grasse, France. Boyd visited Garmisch-Partenkirchen several times in the past year in order to compose the suitable components. He asked the market town's inhabitants questions in order to find out the attributes that they link with the people and nature in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The result is a composition of bergamot and lemon, both of which are symbols of sports and the fresh mountain air, verbena and cardamom for the countryside and nature. Cedar and musk represent tradition, strength, and the down-to-earth mentality of the people of the region.
