Sports and leisure time are just as much a part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen as its nature, mountains and pure air. Our colleagues from the Sports & Event department, particularly, make sure that the possibilities offered here are rather diverse and attractive. They continually develop new ideas and concepts in order to inspire our guests to go hiking, mountaineering, climbing, walking, running or mountain biking.
In addition to the development of sports- and leisure time activities, the members of our "Sports & Events" team particularly take care of the conceptual design and organisation of major events in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. They also sign on our sponsoring partners and the athletes that we support.
