Fetch your poles and get going, no matter whether in the summer or winter! Enjoy fantastic tours in the summer, past meadows scented by herbs and shaded forests. Or discover the routes in a snow-covered winter wonderland. No matter whether at Mount Wank, Mount Eckbauer or at the foot of Mount Kramer, there are fantastic paths anywhere, whether on your own, with a partner or in a group with a professional guide.

Hike with a climate therapist
Hiking is healthy. The healthy effect is especially lasting if you are hiking with a climate therapist. Here, you will learn to observe your movements and find the perfect rhythm of your steps. You will also learn special breathing exercises, how to measure your pulse manually, how to measure your blood pressure and how to improve resilience by thermoregulation training.
The hike, which takes four to five hours, takes place every Thursday (except for public holidays), throughout the year. The meeting point is the Tourist Information at 10:00 am. Fee: 12 EUR per person – with a visitor´s card 10 EUR.
